I am unable to download form 16A from TRACES directly by entering the challan details and deductee details. 1. If a challan where only a single deductee record is entered -error message appears asking to enter 3 deductee details 2. if a challan where more than 3 deductees are present, and if we enter 3 PAN Nos and respective TDS, error message is appearing as "PAN Amount combination details entered by you are not valid for the challan details which are provided by you. Please enter valid details I have checked the PAN nos and corresponding amount of TDS in the returns filed but TRACES is showing the same message ................. Is there no way we can download the Form 16A directly from TRACES????

unless correct details are given you cant download form 16a.... you need to verify following points.... 1. correct token no..... 2. challan detail containing more than 3 diff pan is given.... 3. 3 diff pan and tds deducted is given.... 4. amt is written in 123.00 format.. 5. date is written in dd-mmm-yyyy format..... 6. challan no contains 5 digits...... .... .... you will sure be able to download form 16a after this.
