Today I went to SBI for collecting the Form 16A, but they say it would be ready by weekend. One of the managers said it can be downloaded by myself, which I said not possible and I am not aware how to download it from TRACES Can anyone advise me how to download Form 16A for the bank interest paid and TDS deducted under 194A

You can download form 26AS either through net banking or incometax-efilling site...... (though not functioning temporarily); which will serve the purpose of ITR filling.
Otherwise you can register with TRACES, for form 16A download.
