but payroll prepared other consultant for mumbai he send mail to client abc & co., pdf form 16
my client ask me sign the pdf form-16 digitally usb token how to one time all form -16 sign usb token
any software available.. i used one software available option only for (.pfx ) this not use for usb token
pls guide me very uregent
In order to sign all the Form 16 at one go, you have to get the ZIP file dowloaded from the traces website. This file must be processed through the PDF converter Version 1.3 available in the TRaces Website. This converter has provision to sign digitally. Once you select your USB token, then all PDF generated will be signed with the DSC.
It would be very difficult to sign the PDF after the same has been generated by the PDF converter utility
