We have filed the 4th Quarter TDS and there is a notification from TDS department that there is a short deduction. Hence we are planning for revising the returns.
Meanwhile i have downloaded Form 16 from traces. Can i issue the form 16 now or should i wait till i refile the tds and then regenerate the form 16 again ?
Please let me know.

When we refile the tds , the receipt no or the acknowledgment no will change. Will this not be a problem ?
