From F.Y. 2013-14, Form 16 will be available in two parts i.e. Part A & Part B. Part-A will be available to download after you file TDS Return for Quarter 4th of the F.Y. 2013-14. Remember you have to issue Part-A downloaded from TRACES only.
Form 16 Part-A & B is attached herewith for your ready reference.
