Sir / Madam,
To my friend, her salary is below the tax exemption limit. So no TDS will be deducted. But for getting loans etc.. for the purpose of authentication of salary received, form 16 is been asked. Payslip is not accetped. Is there any remedy.

You can ask for Form-16 from the employer.. he will give in manual format with signed thereon.

No, if you dont have taxable income.. then the employer can issue form-16 in manual format with stamp and sign
Get her return filed. In that case, loans can be availed based on the income tax return filed
There are two ways:
1. Get the salary certificate from your employer which stated that you have earned xxxx amount for the financial year xxxxxx
2. Filed income tax return and provide the copy of the return to the bankers
