please can you help me, how they made Excel utility for FORM 16 computation by Government Employees
whether Income Tax department provided any such software

Its not accepted by IT dept. Any how all govt employees should submit a calculation statement to their DDOs in the month of Feb. It should be submitted in 4 copies. Most of the time its very hard to prepare the monthly pay drawn particulars. If the staement is not submitted in due time salary of the whole office will be withheld. So they have prepared an excel utility to ease the work. Some of them using their talent added a form 16 model which is not accepted by any bank or IT dept.
