- When will issue Form 16...?
- Which / What are the condition for issuing Form 16...?
- Can give Form 16 if salary less than 2.5 lakhs...?
- Can give Form 16 to employee after all deductions tds is 0...?

form 16 is issued by the employer to employee on or before 15th june
firm 16 is a TDS certificate issued by employer to employee if TDS is made by employer from the salary paid to employee.
it is generally issued by the employer after 1month from start of asst year.
if no TDS is made by employer then no Form 16 is required to be issued
