when i request form 16 ... they ask for cd record number column 301 .. where i will get this number ??

Please check All PAN Filled by you... and PRN detalis , challan details... while requesting form 16 on TRACES
only one pan .. n one challan ... but that one challan linked to 3 (jan feb n mar) entries
then...you have to fill same PAN..with amount..in details
