Dear All,
Is it compulsary to issue Form 16 to each and every employee in the company whose Taxable net salary does not come under Tax bracket(i.e less than Rs.1,00,000 in a F.Y.) and TDS not deducted from their Salary ?

Though the above anser is correct. yet the department has been asking for Form 16 upto assessmeny year 2006-07
no it is not nessesary
