Form 15cb java utility

Update java. Dowload  utility again. extract/open with any OS (Internet explorer, Mozilla etc) other than Google Chrome.

Probable reason is to have the compatible java utility. If you have already have installed some outed one, uninstall it and reinstall the compatible one based on your system configuration. Check for Active X keys, Pop up blockers, add the incometax site to the list of exception to be allowed always etc.

Guys any solutions ????....

Install Java jre 8 update 51. If multiple java installed, select this verson only active in java console. It worked for me...

Till few days back JRE 8 update 51 was working fine by showing details after Accountant. Now it is not showing. Any other version which can help in showing this.

Under the display settings of your computer in "Scale and layout" Change the size of text, apps and other items to 100%. By default it will be 125%. This worked for me. Also check the display resolution
