Hello Sir/Madam,

There is an Indian Company paying 50000 USD to a Resort at Bali Island in Indonesia, the amount is against the booking deposit for a Conference to be held there.Please let me know that whether TDS on this transaction will be applicale or not? If yes or no please specify the reason.

Yes. TDS to be deducted in such case. Check whether there exists DTAA between India and Indonesia. If yes, then the rate will be that provided in DTAA or u/s 195 whichever is more beneficial to the assessee.
