Yes, Remitter's DSC is required for filing 15CA.

No. DSC is not required to file form 15CA from incometax website. You can try it by logging on ITD portal nd clicking on filing forms other then ITR....

Thank u all, Confusing....I logged in and try to upload Form 15ca online but it not give me option to file form without DSC. And if it is Mandatory then why there is option, while filing form Offline using Utility Software, as " Do you want to sign Digitally?" and give option Yes & No. when I click on NO and submit try to submit the form then error shows that " Please upload DSC

Hello Mahesh,

Companies should mandatorily upload Form with DSC & Assessee having already registered with DSC in the e-filing portal should mandatorily upload form using DSC. Hope it's clear now and by the way HAPPY CA DAY to all of you :)

Hello mahesh..dont try to upload 15ca with java utility. .try to file by logging into income tax account..no dsc is required at all.. i daily issue 2 to 4 15 ca form to my client..no need of dsc..if u already reg dsc then it will prompt u for dsc attachment
