A) I have to make foreign remittance. The amount at present is 2 lacs. However, there will be more remittances to the party in future and the total during the year may or may not exceed 5 lacs.
For current remittance should we fill Form 15CA Part A or Part C. At present it is less than 5 lacs but in future it may exceed.
B) Does bank ask for CA certificate for Form 15CA Part A also?
