Dear Experts,

I have a query that one of our client who is NRI and holding PIO card had sold a Flat in India which he was purchased it 6 years back by converting Foreign exchange to INR. His indexed LTCG is Rs.50 Lacs. The buyer did not deducted any TDS from our client. Now he wants to tranfer his money from NRO to NRE after paying taxes in India.

Now my question is

1.How to fillup form 15CA, where remitter and remittee are the same person and what would be the address in both cases.

2. how to fill up TDS as in this case ther is no TDS...and moreover there is no place to put data of payment of self assessment tax.

3. Whether the assess would be entitled to get benefit of foreign exchange fluctuation at the time of calculation of Cpital Gain.

Pls. guide me.

According to me , tds @ 1 % should have been deducted by the buyer.
