can form 15ca be signed by accountant of a company ,in absence of director

There is no field for auditor signature in Form 15 CA.

Dear Husain. 15 CA is not for the auditor. Auditor signs 15CB. Please understand the difference before commenting. the query is about whether the company's account can sign 15CA
