Can any body educate me rgarding Form 15 (TDS)? because we use to deduct tax on freight charges and they insist us to give form 15 for the deduction on the spot. Is there any such procedure to give a certificate on the spot for TDS ?

Form No.15 in the Income-tax Rules, 1962 was omitted with effect from 1-10-2003. Be clear and post your question again.
