Do we have to fill in Part II of Form 15 H meant for exemption from TDS for senior citizens ?
My CA says no need to fill in Part lI.
I am confused so want to reconfirm.

That section to be filed by person deducting TDS.
If you are deductor you have to fill it.
If you are deducted then person deducting TDs will fill it
If you are deductor you have to fill it.
If you are deducted then person deducting TDs will fill it
