Is it mandatory to get Form No.15 CB to be signed by a practicing CA. Can it be signed by a CA who is the employee of the remitter itself.

Form 15CB can signed and verified by an accountant (other than an employee) as defined in the Explanation to section 288 of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
