It is a spiritual Trust (of Church)...the moment we registered our Trust in the year 2006, we appointed auditors and since then every year our accounts are audited. But we haven't obtained the 12a form. To obtain Income Tax exemption what is the procedure now. Kindly let us know. Thank you. God bless!

To get exemption u/s 13. it is neccessary to register u/s 12AA of the Income Tax Act. Please consult your auditors for registration procedure. Regards
