form 112 is to be compulsarily in case of Graduation course

Hi Friends,

I m facing a problem regarding filling of Form112 ..... i have passed my CPT in August 2007 and i m regular college student , in First year.. someone tells me to shift in correspondence from next year so u r not required to fill this form...as this year is going to complete... Please help me and give me ur suggestions on motwani12ritika @ gmail.com

If you are doing correspondence then also u have to submit the from No 112.

It is compulsory.

Does the institute issue any letter confirming the permission??? i heard that they just file the form for their reference and for the students to be on safe side...
