I have applied for IGNOU A&F bcom.. There is column in form 112 asking for details of subjects in the said course..6 subjects are there, but only 3lines space is provided.. Do we need to fill that data compulsorily?? If yes which subjects are to be mentioned

Like zerox copy of DD for date of joining proof,,certificate from principal about office hours??
A copy of proof of date of joining the Course (i.e. registration letter) or remittance of fee for registration of the course should be enclosed.
If the Articled Assistant is pursuing the Course in a Regular College, furnishing the college hours and the signature of the Principal of the College is required.

There is a MOU between ICAI & IGNOU regarding the same. Is FORM 112 manadatory for pursuing degree from IGNOU also?
