FORM 112

If you are pursuing any course during articleship training then you have to submit Form 112 within 30 days else late fee you need to pay along with condonation lette and reason for late submission are as follows


delay for 30 day from initial period- Rs 500
From 31 to 180 days- Rs 1000
From 181 to 365 days- Rs 2000
Beyond 365 days - Rs 10000

For courses you have completed before articleship
no need to send Form 112
