Form 11 of LLP
I have registered a LLP in March 2021. Do I need to file Form 11 within may 2021 ?

In case LLP has been incorporated on or after 1st October of financial year, then LLP can close its first financial year either on the coming or next 31st March. So it is at your option to file Form 11 by 30th May 2021 or 30th May 2022

We had incorporated our LLP on 5th November, 2019. We are preparing our Form-11 up to 31st March, 2021 for the 1st time.
Which date should I put in "1.(b) - Start date of financial year for which annual return is being filed" in FORM-11?
05/11/2019 or 01/04/2019?
