Form 10IE to opt in under 115BAC has been submitted on 28th of July 2021. The status shows as submitted. Do i file my return of income now or wait for 10IE to be processed?

Wait for 2-3 days
There is no need to wait for 10IE to be processed. However, I understand that in the return form, Acknowledgment number is 'greyed' i,e, neither auto-populated nor allows you to type the same. Hence, you may have to wait until this issue is resolved.
You can file return now also

when will this issue resolve ? any idea , i filed form no 10 IE on 14th august but unable to fill in the details in ITR 4
