If my income is approx. 11 lakhs(only income from other sources i.e. INTERESRT, RENT) and I opted for sec. 115bac, Kindly adv. whether form 10ie is applicable to file in such cases.

No. You need not file the form separately, but you have to choose the option available in the ITR itself.
