While filing form 10IA for claiming deduction u's 80DD, it asks for PAN & Aadhar of the dependent for whom deduction is claimed. The dependent is a child and has been hospitalised for a very very long time. What to do if there is no PAN and Aadhar for the child?
Also what needs to be filled in the 'Certificate No'? In the physical form signed by the doctor, no certifcate number is mentioned.
The PAN and Aadhar of the dependent is not a mandatory field while filling the form 10IA.
If there is no certificate no. mentioned by the doctor in the physical form, just mention the certificate no. '1'. There won't be any issue as you have the necessary physical certificate if any query arises in future.
