You can file form 10 e through online..
1) login Income tax website
2) click on tab name e-file
3) select prepare and submit online form (other than ITR)
4) select form 10 e
5) fill remaining information year, other detailes etc...
Bro. Whether we has to file 10E along with ITR or Seperately.
My software takes along with ITR in Income Tax website u can file separately..
