I am furnishing form 108 with delay of 12 days for which I need to enclose demand draft for late fees.
kindly assist on following:
1. I did Articleship from Ahmedabad and submitted all forms for registration- ca Articleship and ca final at Ahmedabad branch. DD were made in favour of secretary payable at Mumbai.
The letter for intimation of delay says file appropriate form with concerned regional office.
My reg is in central region. Where I need to post 108 ? though I submitted all articles and finals form at Ahmedabad branch.
Whether DD to be made in name of secretary Kanpur?
