Form 108 late submission
Dear All,
Is there any penalty for non submission form 108 due to non availability of CA ?
What is the time period allowed by the institute for submission of 108 after completion of artcleship?

no late fees upto 30 days.... rs 300 late fees if delay of next 30 days... rs 1000 late fees of delay after that....
