Can anyone send me the filled form 108 or help me with filling the weeks worked in different areas in case of tranfer, I took tranfer in 10 th month in first year and will be completing my articleship in some time. Also I want to know about the Leaves taken in the new firm and old firm whether to be entered together in total or to be entered of new firm only. Kinly Help. Thanks.

For no. of weeks worked in different areas, u can bifurcate no. of weeks as per ur choice if u can't recall them. So divide the weaks according to work done in Accounting, Taxation, Audit etc like that
About the no. of leaves taken, i have to look form 108 to confirm that.
