Form 108 Articleship Urgent

no other document beside form no.108 is reqiured to be annexed. There are 156 weeks in 3 years training. You can show holiday up to 156 days.

Whether 156 days leave is included in 3yrs Period and i can take this holiday in any year??

in my form no. 108, i have show 115 days as holiday & 140 weeks as working weeks. you should also show like this. you should show more holidays in last year because in last year you have appeared in exam twice

my articleship will be completed on 10th march 2011.. but i m appearing in MAY 2011 FOR MY PCC secind group.. dont want to spend my time in filing 108 in march.. so can any one guide can i file my 108 after MAY exam?? will there be any problem or late fee or anything like that if i would file it after my EXAM??

form no.108 should be filled with in one month of completion of training. You should fill the form in march. The form is not much lenghty. You should fill it right now. And signed it from ur CA after march10th. Its simple.

I started my articleship on 10/3/14 and I took transfer from my first firm on 28/12/14 and joined another on 29/12/14. My articleship is completed on 10/3/17. Now while i am filling form 108 i am filling following difficulties

1. In the details of work done should i fill the work done from 29/12/14 to 10/3/17 or from 10/3/14 to 10/3/17.

2. in the option commencement of articleship which date should i mention
