form 108 articleship terminarion error

sir,
i have received the mail from ICAI that your 1 day of articleship is still remaining after submitting form 108 . This was due to some miscalculation. can u guide us what to do now. whether i need to submit form 108 again or a letter signed by principal confirming date of articleship will be sufficient .

please guide me
