Form 108 and form 107

I have started my articleship on 20/12/2014 and then completed till 15/12/2015 under same employer with 76 days as leave. Then I joined another firm for remaining period of 2 years and 5 days wef 01/03/2016 to 05/03/32018. In between I received excess leeave letter for 29 days. Thus I served excess period also. I submitted Form 108 at the tiime period of extension for whole period including extension period of 29 days. I had not submitted Form 107 at that time. When I went to ICAI, they said completion date is wrongly mentioned that is why my articlsehip form is pending. What should I do now ?
