Form 108

Every one have to mention bank account number.

It is mandatory.

whats the issue in mentioning the bank account details if everything is fine????

by the way it is mandatory, dont take the risk of form being kept aside for pendency by icai,,,for being incomplete,

i have submited form 108 to the institute after completion my articleship training.but i made an arithmetical error in the form.can i resubmit form 108?please help me........

IF I AM LATE BEYOND 30 DAYS IN SUBMITTING FORM NO. 108 ,IS ANY OTHER FORM OR DOCUMENT REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH IT,AND DRAFT OF WHAT AMOUNT IS REQUIRED TO BE DRAWN UPON WHOM

bank account is  not  to  be mentioned only when we are receiving crossed cheque. If we are receiving stipend directly in our bank account only then it is mandatory.

i have maintened two bank in my 3.5 years of articleship but given only one bank account details in form 108 which is latest bank account would any problem arise by this.

no, problem at all

(99% chance) most probably you will receive your articleship completion letter in one month

(1% chance) if there will be any question about stipend payment, then they will demand via letter
and you have to addressed a letter to additional secretary in same regards

Bank account column is mandatory to fill.
However institute check the bank account only in case of dispute
and do the scrutiny of all related things like bank account, attendance record, work diary, etc.

my bank a/c number is bigger then given formate what shall i do 

please help me
