I completed articleship training on Nov 30 th 2022 past month,and I filed and submitted the form 108 it was accepted.
but excess 50 days leaves to be served of me ( I have to serve) from Dec 1.12.2022 to Jan 19.1.2023
Doubt:
1.does I have to file this in form 107 for this excess 50 days period in SSP portal
2. when I should have to file after this excess period completed 19.1.2023?????
3. can I file before 19.1.2023
please give me a guidance please

To regularize your excess 50-day leave period, you must execute a supplementary deed in Form 107 with your current Principal. This form should be submitted to the ICAI within 60 days of your original articleship completion date (Dec 1, 2022). Do not wait until the end of your supplementary period; submit the form as soon as possible to comply with the 60-day registration requirement.
