What is Supplementary Deed which is supposed to be submitted with Form 107 for extension of articleship. What should be the value of Non Judicial Stamp Paper or Special Adhesive Stamp for it?

Supplementary deed is the deed for extension period if any...

supplementary deed of articles in Form No. 107 should be executed in triplicate with the same employer in continuation of the previous training on a non-judicial stamp paper (Value Rs.50) or special adhesive stamp ( court fee stamp of value Rs.50 ) of the requisite value should be affixed on the form. The supplementary deed in duplicate along with Form 108 for the period already served should be sent so as to reach the office of the Institute within 60 days of the expiry of the normal term of articles.

In case there is a break in the continuity of training and/or there is a change in the employer and/or there is a delay in submission of the papers beyond 60 days, as referred to in the previous paragraph, an agreement in Form No.107 would not be valid. In such a case, a fresh agreement in Form 102 should be entered into and the particulars in Form 103 along with Form No.108 for the period already served, should be sent to the office of the Institute for registration within 30 days of the commencement of training.

My articleship is completed on 10.08.2015 and is extended to 20.11.2015 but i have not any extension form 107 to institute . Since my trainding is now completed can i sent both form 107 and 108 together. I there any complication that i will face. 

Is stamp to be affixed on all 3 copies of form 107

My article completed on Feb 2019.i submitted 108 form also on same date.in 108 form I did some mistake of leave taken and also date of completion date.. icai noticed only date mistake asked me to send revised 108 form I sent on 2019 only. I requested to completion form so many times .after some many months it's coming excess leave.in revised form I corrected everything.actually I did artclies in two firms so I mentioned Frist and second firm leave taken in Frist send 108.in second form I mentioned only leaves taken in second firm .now what to do please help me
