Form 102 rejected by regional office and member

Hi i started my articleship on 19/3/20 but due to lockdown i was unable to do franklin and my payment for articleship fee was pending until dec and i paid the fee in dec but the form was rejected by the regional office for correction after which i made some changes and submitted the form again but because i didnt upload form 102 with my principal signature my principal rejected the form.Is there any chance that i can make changes to the rejected form and principal can approve the form again.Please advice as it is very important.After rejection by the principal i filled the form 102 again and there they are asking me to make the payment again if i make the payment will ICAI refund my money which i paid.
