Sir,
It has been 2 months since I joined the articleship but my employer has not registered me yet and keeps on delaying the process.
But Form 102 requires to be franked on the same date as of joining.
Is there any other alternative other than that of Franking that my employer can use to register me from the date i joined.
Please Sir answer my query as I am worried.

If your employer is struggling with the franking process, suggest they look into e-stamping, which is the modern, digital equivalent accepted by authorities. Since you have exceeded the 30-day window, you will need to pay a late fee and potentially submit a formal application for condonation of delay through the ICAI SSP portal to get your articleship registered from your actual date of joining.
