FORM 10 IEA IN Revised return
I have filed ITR-2 before the due date and selected the old tax regime, so Form 10-IEA was not required. However, I received a defect notice, and it can only be resolved if I file ITR-3. Since the due date has passed, can I file Form 10-IEA and submit a revised return?

Not allowed after due date.
You will have to file ITR3 under new regime only.
