Form 10-IE-Request to raise grievance

For Form10- IE, I request those who have the message: ‘Error: Submission failed. Response from server: No response received from Server’ to raise grievance in the portal under the following menu:

Dept: e-Filing; Category: Filing of Return/Forms; Sub-category: Unable to e-File ITR/other Forms. Also kindly attach screenshot in pdf or jpj format only. Only if more grievances are raised, they will act.
