Today (16 September 2021), ignoring the fact that my date of birth is not auto-populated, I tried to e-file form 10-IE. The following is the error message:

Yes sir, Even I have filed Form-10 IE (2 days ago) for my brother as well as his ITR, whereas I'm not able to do the same. It's really strange.
Today another disappointing event happened. The AO details suddenly disappeared in Form 10-IE.
I believe that ITD and MoF are wasting taxpayers money and precious time on Infosys. They could try bringing back the old website (if it was not dismantled fully) alongside the new portal. So until the glitches or bugs get fixed we could use the old website.
