One assessee who is having only Business income is yet to file his returns. During the AY 2021-22 he opted for new scheme under 115 BAC by filing form 10 IE. Now this year he is going to file belated return under new scheme. Is he again required to file for 10 IE to opt for new regime?
No. No need to file form 10 IE again, just select the option of 'continuing the new regime' in ITR 3.
