can anybody tell me on how to check whether my Form 10A has been approved or not?
whether i will receive a mail or do i have to log into income tax portal?

Summary: Log in to the Income Tax portal, go to e-File > Income Tax Forms > View Filed Forms, select Form 10A, and look for the download option or "Additional Actions" to retrieve your Form 10AC.
