Foriegn company branch office

Yes, If you are incorporating your branch as a private limited company or LLP, than you require to register the same with ROC.

You may start as a branch office or as Indian Subsidiary of Foreign company.

Dear Sir,

We have approval letter from RBI. Now taking company PAN Card also. what are further procedures for making incorporation with ROC?. We have 2 directors' DIN and DIGITAL SIGNATURE also with us.
