In Fy 2017-18 I forgot to Enter a one bill in GSTR-1 .I paid tax on it and also file 3B Now My GST Number is cancelled from 6 months.

Why your GST No. is cancelled .???? if you have filed the application for cancellation.??
If yes .... then can't do anything in this regard , moreover for 2017-18 , any amendments is to be done by 31/3/2019.
So there is no way out....

But for Feb 19 is still showing as not filed can i file in feb 19 as amendment
Yes , if the return is not filed & it's allowing you to amend or add ...
Can i add as feb 19......
