Forgot to download orientation certificate

I have attended orientation course from July 28th to aug 13 ,2021.But I forgot to download the certificate and now the institute has withdrawn the certificate from the site.what can I do now?is it possible to get back my certificate??

To get your forgotten orientation certificate back, contact or email the specific ICAI branch where you attended the course. Provide them with your Name, SRN, and the batch dates (July 28 – August 13, 2021). They maintain a permanent record of completion and can re-issue it or mail you a copy.
