Kindly call on helpline number of income tax and tell them about your query.
Then you might be able to change password

If mobile number is registered in adhar and pan is linked with adhar then use adhar otp option, or if yr mobile number and email id registered in profile then reset password through otp,
you can also recover password ...by filing details of tds made by your deductor
