one of my client forgot password and she dont know anything like Secret Questions and otp's etc was not useful as she has no idea regarding her Ac in tax site ..could u pls help to get her ac back

Try using otp by new email id & New mobile no. option
Try using bank account no.& previous return acknowledgement no.
