One of my clients forgot his E-filing password and there is no other mens of retriving it.He does not know the secret questions does not know the bankaccount he used last to file the return, there no tds associated with him. This guy does not even has aadhar and he is an NRI.guys please help me out

make payment of Rs. 10-20 as self assessment tax for the ay 14-15 or ay 15-16, 26AS may take 6-7 working days to reflect it over there. once it is reflected in 26AS go for the "forgot password" option on efiling site and put BSR code, date of payment etc detail. with this your new password can be generated.
